Decebal Lohan
Partner of SCPA “Ciuraru, Lohan, Manole and Associates”, he started as a lawyer in the Bucharest Bar since 1998, Decebal specializes in commercial law, labor law, criminal business law.
He is a graduate of the University of Bucharest – Postgraduate course in Private International Law; of the National Defense University “Carol I” – National Defense College, Postgraduate Course in Security and National Defense; of the National Academy of Intelligence – Higher College of National Security, as well as of the National Institute of Administration – Specialized training program for senior civil servants.
In his more than 20 years of activity, with a rich experience in litigation in various areas of private law, administrative litigation, including national and international arbitration, represents clients in areas such as company law, mergers, real rights, civil and commercial contracts, litigation administrative and fiscal, enforcement procedures, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with large national and international companies, execution of employment contracts, collective redundancies and payment of compensation.
He speaks English and Serbo-Croatian.
