Alexandra Popescu
Popescu Maria – Alexandra is part of the SCPAv team “Ciuraru, Lohan, Manole and Associates” since December 2019 as a trainee lawyer.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Craiova in 2019, benefiting from a scholarship in France at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since August 2019.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Law at the University of Craiova.
Alexandra Popescu’s professional activity is mainly, but not limited to, based on representation and assistance before the National Office of the Trade Register, Courts, drafting and reviewing civil and commercial contracts, as well as on activities specific to Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency prevention and insolvency procedures, trying to maintain the high standards and parameters of performance that the team “Ciuraru, Lohan, Manole and Associates” has established in its activity.
Alexandra speaks Romanian, English, French and Greek.
